Terms & Conditions
A clear summary of the terms that apply to HCCH Wellbeing appointments, treatment, consultation and client responsibilities.
Appointments
Appointments are subject to availability. Clients should arrive at the agreed time and allow the full stated duration for their appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations and missed appointments may affect the ability to make future bookings.
Late Arrival
If a client arrives late, the session may need to be shortened so that subsequent appointments are not delayed. The full appointment price may still apply.
Payment
Treatment prices are those displayed at the time of booking. Payment is due as agreed when booking or at the appointment.
Consultation & Health Information
Clients should provide accurate and relevant information about their health, medications, injuries, pregnancy and any other circumstances that may affect the suitability of a treatment.
HCCH may adapt, postpone or decline a treatment where it would not be appropriate or safe to proceed.
Clients may complete the confidential online consultation before their first appointment or complete the consultation in person at the beginning of their first session.
Massage & Bodywork
Massage and bodywork are complementary wellbeing services and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Clients should seek appropriate medical advice where they have symptoms or conditions requiring medical assessment.
Clinical Hypnotherapy & Change Work
Hypnotherapy and change-work sessions are intended to support wellbeing and positive behavioural or emotional change.
Individual responses vary and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
These services do not replace appropriate medical, psychiatric or psychological assessment or treatment where this is required.
Professional Boundaries
All treatments are provided in a professional, respectful and appropriate therapeutic environment.
HCCH reserves the right to stop or refuse a session where inappropriate, abusive or threatening behaviour occurs.
Confidentiality
Personal information shared during consultation and treatment will be treated confidentially, subject to applicable legal, safeguarding and professional obligations.

Personal Belongings
Clients remain responsible for their personal belongings while attending an appointment.
Changes to Appointments
Occasionally HCCH may need to change or cancel an appointment because of illness or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Where this occurs, the client will be contacted as soon as reasonably possible and offered an alternative appointment.
Acceptance
By making and attending an appointment, the client confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
